As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store's performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. Our Shirley Retail StoreManagerwill join us on a fulltime, temporary†contract working 35hours†per week, 5days out of 7earning asalary of £27,755annum / £15.25an hour.
(Please note this is a 12 month maternity contract).
About DEBRAWe are anational charity that supports individuals and families affected byEpidermolysis Bullosa (EB)- a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
What we are looking for in our Retail StoreManager:You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retailadministrationand management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store inShirley, Birmingham.
Your Key Responsibilities in the role of Retail StoreManager:- Effectively recruit,maintain, and manage both paid employees and volunteers
- Ensure a standard of excellence ismaintained, in terms of customer service
- Maximising profits to increase overall contribution of the store
- Use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success
- Generate quality donated goods to achieve processing targets tomaintainshop density levels
