Job Description
Meter Readers - Lewisham 
£14.80 per hour + bonuses + mileage (30.5p per mile); 6-month fixed term contract.
What You'll Be Doing- Visiting residential and commercial properties to take accurate meter readings
- Carrying out basic visual inspections of metering equipment
- Recording data via a handheld device or mobile app
- Managing your own daily schedule and workload with autonomy
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Access to your own vehicle for work use
- Business insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Based within the SE, BR and DA postcode areas
- Ability to pass a basic DBS check
- Able to provide a 5-year employment history
- Customer service or field-based roles
- Experience using mobile apps or handheld devices
- Understanding of GDPR and data confidentiality
- Comfortable managing your own workload
- Competitive pay at £14.80 per hour plus achievable bonuses
- Mileage paid at 30.5p per mile
- Monday to Friday working pattern - no weekends
