Job Description
Logistics Co-ordinator 
Location: Guildford
Working pattern: Full time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £15.38 to £16.41 per hour
Contract: Temp to perm
Hybrid working: One day per week from home after training
This is a great temp to perm opportunity to join a fast paced Logistics team, supporting customer orders and coordinating deliveries from start to finish. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.
Key responsibilities- Process customer orders via email
- Input orders into Microsoft NAV
- Check product availability
- Liaise with hauliers and track deliveries
- Update customers and handle queries
- Raise purchase orders and invoices
- Process supplier invoices
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Support the Logistics Manager
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Calm and solutions focused approach
- Confident communication skills
- Quick learner who can pick up new systems easily
- Reliable and able to work to deadlines
- No logistics experience required
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (one day working from home after training)
