About the RoleThis is a 3-month fixed-term contract position, ideal for a skilled Head Chef who can make an immediate impact.
As Head Chef, you'll work closely with the General Manager, playing a key role in leading the kitchen team, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional food quality, consistently exceeding guest expectations
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and waste management
- Ensure impeccable hygiene and safety standards, fully compliant with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, efficient, and high-performing kitchen environment
- Support, guide, and motivate the kitchen team throughout the contract period
