• Including published fares, nett fares, CAT35 fare, route deals
• Quoting, booking, and issuing tickets for rail programs
• Offering first-class customer service
• Speaking with VIPs daily
• Providing a quick, efficient, and professional service

Knowledge and experience required:

• Strong on Galileo
• Ability to work to and adhere to all deadlines
• Previous business travel experience in a demanding environment
• Efficient worker with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and possess effective time management skills
