Job Description
We're partnering with a prestigious law firm client of ours based in the heart of the City, renowned for its excellence across many areas and its collaborative team culture. The firm is now seeking a Legal Secretary to join its busy Finance department on a temporary basis ASAP with the chance to go permanent! The role will be working Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, with 4 days in their central City office and 1 day working from home.
You must be available immediately to start this role, as well as having a background in supporting Finance teams in a top US or UK Law firm.

- Manage incoming calls and mailboxes; oversee diaries and schedule meetings across time zones.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings; book taxis, venues, and support client hospitality.
- Arrange international/domestic travel and create detailed itineraries.
- Process expenses, reimbursements, and enter time for fee earners promptly.
- Perform conflict checks, open new client/matter files, and coordinate with Accounts on billing and collections.
- Handle general office administration, including printing, post, couriers, and maintaining electronic/paper filing systems.
- Produce documents and provide word-processing support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, track workflow and deadlines, and assist with departmental projects and ad-hoc tasks.
- Experience in a PA/Secretarial role within a top-tier City or US law firm
- Strong document skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Immediate availability
