Temp-to-Perm Internal Recruiter - Poole - £15.38PHStart ASAPBond Williams are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a busy in-house team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you've got a background in manufacturing or industrial recruitment, love working closely with hiring managers, and are ready to hit the ground running, this could be the role for you!Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing multiple vacancies across manufacturing and industrial functions
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and teams
• Supporting employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Poole, with flexibility for 1 day working from home
• Proactive, motivated, and ready to start ASAP
