We are recruiting for a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover within a busy office environment in Sheffield. This is a confidential requirement and full details will be shared at shortlisting stage.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organised, and confident handling reception duties while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
- Answering and directing calls professionally
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor arrangements
- Supporting general administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using basic office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel advantageous)
- Reliable and able to step in at short notice
