Job Description

Are you an organised, communicative individual looking for a flexible role in a vibrant environment? Our client, a dynamic software and technology organisation based in Holborn, Central London, is on the lookout for a Part Time Office Manager to join their growing team! This ongoing temporary position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a busy office setting.

Location: Holborn, Central London - conveniently located just a 3 minute walk from Holborn train station.

Contract type: Temporary. ️ Schedule: One day a week; we would love for you to come in the same day each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Upkeep: Oversee the general office environment to ensure it remains clean, tidy, and well organised.
  • Access Management: Manage and issue key fobs/access cards to staff, tracking and preparing new fobs as needed.
  • Supplies Monitoring: Monitor and replenish office supplies such as coffee, tea, snacks, stationery and cleaning items.
  • Delivery Handling: Organise incoming deliveries, including logging, unboxing Amazon packages and notifying team members.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure kitchen and communal areas are stocked, clean and presentable for all team members.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks related to office operations to keep everything running smoothly.
