Calling all immediately available ER Specialists! Are you looking for experience within an iconic Art institution?

We are currently working on a temporary HR Advisor opportunity covering a short term increased workload-a fab chance to put those advisory skills to work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with all levels of the business offering advice on ER, policies and processes
• Support managers with advice and recruitment processes
• Independently manage ER cases
• Advise managers on employment law
• Contribute to a broad generalist remit across the full employee lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience in ER within complex, matrix organisations
• Comfortable working with senior and executive level individuals with strong personalities and able to push back when needed
• Creative and innovative approach to HR challenges

Details

Based in Central London, with a 2/3 hybrid working model

Day rate: approximately £150, with some flexibility
