Temp Accommodation Income & Benefits Manager

Hackney Council's Benefits & Homeless Prevention Service seeks a resilient leader to head Income Collection and Benefits for vulnerable households, maximising income and benefit take-up. You will oversee a team of up to 11 officers, shape strategy, coordinate with Legal Services on possession actions, and balance firm debt management with compassionate support.

The role starts as a 12-month fixed-term contract and closes 08 November 2026.
