Job Description

Within this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Analyst will support the wider team in the completion of all payroll tasks. This is a 12 month temporary contract.

Responsibilities
  • Review and input all administrative payroll data changes for bi weekly and monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain payroll records.
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and HR Payroll Business Partners to ensure accurate payroll data.
  • Reconcile each payroll, review all entries, and forward for approval.
  • Ensure accuracy of all tax information, reconciliations, and payments.
  • Process and administer Time & Labour, including time cards.
  • Manage the internal inbox and respond to employees' queries.
  • Assist with audit queries related to payroll.
  • Update SOPs and training documents for payroll processes.
  • Participate in evaluating and testing system enhancements to Core Pay.
Qualifications
  • Positive can do approach to work.
  • Proven track record of completing projects and assigned tasks.
  • Experience in European payroll (preferred but not required).
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
  • IPASS qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high volume environment.
  • Experience with Core Pay and Core Insight.
  • Experience with Oracle and Workday (preferred but not required).
