- Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales.
- Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories.
- Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer.
- Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations.
- Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C).
- Hybrid/remote -role 1 day a month in the office in Leicester
Skills/Experience:
- Interest in or Experience in sales
- Agricultural industry knowledge or experience is essential
- Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and customer focus.
- Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential.
- "Go to market" attitude with a proactive approach to business development.
Location/Radius:
- Leicestershire based hybrid or (remote with 1 day a month in the office)
Salary/Benefits:
- £28,000- £32,000 per year (Dependant on experience)
- 5% commission on sales
