Job Title: Telesales and Customer Service Executive

Our client, a leading player in the chilled packaging industry, is on an exciting journey and due to continued success, they are looking to add to their fantastic team through the appointment of a Telesales and Customer Service Executive. As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will work closely with internal teams to proactively increase sales of products with a focus on securing new business.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telesales activity to sell the full chilled packaging range
  • Organise & manage daily call plan to meet outbound call KPIs
  • Respond to e mail campaign interest, website sample enquiries
  • Report on success
  • Identify and manage prospects
  • Influence customers to win business and cross sell associated products
  • Achieve sales targets in line with KPIs
  • Maintain market and competitor knowledge
  • Take inbound calls from customers
  • Liaise with sales representatives, customers, branches and suppliers
  • Issue information and process orders from customers
  • Deal with queries relating to orders and costings
  • Create ad hoc sale reports
  • Update orders, prices and order confirmations in the company's systems
  • Assist with month end processes
  • Update stock levels and report figures to customers
About You
  • Previous experience in a role that involves developing both new business and existing business in a telesales environment
  • Ability to present the benefits of our product range and how this will assist the customer
  • Strong listening skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitaskProficient in all IT applications: Word, Excel etc.
  • Ability to analyse sales data
