We are looking for a skilled Telecoms engineer who has in-depth knowledge of SIP Telephony Platform and Openscape, as well as engineering level understanding of Netcall. You will be familiar with IVR design principles and call routing login. You will work with the Networks and Telephony team to support our current telephony services as well as playing a significant role in developing new services to enhance our Contact Centre as we migrate to Liberty Converse CX.
This is a key part of the Council's REAP strategy to deliver improved Contact Centre provision to our residents.
