Job Description

Technology Training and Adoption Assistant - London - £60-65k

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a global law firm looking to build their digital academy, designed to be an outstanding resource, giving staff access to digital training through multiple channels.

The Technology Training and Adoption Assistant is a brand-new position which will work closely with the Technology, Change and L&D teams

This is a hybrid role with three days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking a significant role in the design and delivery of learning resources, creating development paths that cover essential digital skills
  • Delivery of vital digital training activities on HR and ERP systems and various business platforms
  • Identifying areas to improve user engagement and taking steps to implement changes
  • Ensuring that training standards are maintained at a high quality
  • Offering bespoke training support, both individual and in groups as required
  • Identifying existing and future skills gaps and developing relevant training materials
  • Analysing effectiveness of digital academy across the organisation
  • Introduce a digital community including product champions

Key skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience in technology training with a track record of improving user adoption
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to adapt and deliver different training materials to users across organisations
  • The ability to deliver complex technology training to non-technical stakeholders and teams
  • Relevant training qualifications such as TPMA
  • Experience in the legal industry highly preferred, with knowledge of systems such as iManage, Intapp and other industry applications
  • Understanding of AI technologies such as Copilot
