Technology Graduate - Transformation

Our transformation vision is to make things clearer, simpler, and faster. To achieve this, we're seeking talented individuals to join our Transformation Graduate programme.

Role overview

This three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive environment. You will undertake three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management, and Business Change. During these rotations, you will learn to perform analysis activities across the end-to-end lifecycle of a product or programme and support the delivery of key internal projects and change management activities.

In your fourth rotation, you'll have the opportunity to explore a new area or pursue a passion. In the final year, you'll deepen your expertise in your chosen area and work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.

You will develop skills such as:

• High-level scoping
• Process mapping and re-engineering
• Project planning and tracking
• Workshop facilitation
• Change approach definition and impact assessment
• Communication and training design and rollout

You will also have access to training resources and support from experienced colleagues to help you decide your next career step, whether in roles like Junior Business Analyst, Junior PM/PMO, or Junior Change Manager.

What we are looking for

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a business, social science, STEM, or humanities subject
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to new situations and challenges
