Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Technology Resilience framework and support its rollout across the client organization.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to build best practice resilience design patterns and solutions for reuse.
• Assist in building resilience skills within Technology teams.
• Contribute to the Technology Resilience strategy and sub-strategies, covering application, infrastructure, security, data, monitoring, people, and process aspects.

Essential skills / experience:

• Senior engineer or architect with experience in Application, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security, or Data domains.
• Specialist in Technology resilience.
• Experience and expertise in areas such as:
• DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines and Automated Testing
• Observability (Logging, Monitoring, Telemetry, Metrics)
• Infrastructure as Code and Automation
• Banking industry experience
• Data analysis / AI on large datasets, drawing insights
