Our client is one of the most well-known names in management consultancy, working at the very heart of the UK's Defence and Security sector on some of the most ambitious and high-stakes transformation programmes in the country. This isn't your average consultancy gig the work is complex, meaningful, and genuinely matters. You'll be joining a growing Technology and Transformation team that works across the full delivery lifecycle: structuring, assuring, managing and delivering complex technical programmes for Defence and Security clients. The team is collaborative, forward-thinking and expanding, so there's real room to grow and make your mark. To be considered, you must hold current DV clearance - that's non-negotiable. Beyond that, you'll need solid experience across agile delivery methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, a track record of managing scope and risk in challenging environments, and the communication skills to hold a room with both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders.
