Role details

As part of Capgemini Invent, you will take an active role combining business ideas and technological ecosystems. You will have the opportunity to discover the best of strategic consulting, digital architecture and business knowledge to create exceptional solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on many tasks: you will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and guiding clients. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself and successfully hold client meetings to achieve the project's objectives. You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics
• Master's degree desirable but not essential.
• Preferably Erasmus / exchange experience.
• Solid academic record at a leading university in Spain.

Professional Experience

• Internship in a large / multinational company
• 1 / 3 year of experience in another consulting firm
• Ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Skills

• Essential office skills (Outlook, Teams, PPT, Excel).
• Essential knowledge of English minimum B2.
• Analytical ability to identify and solve complex problems and work under pressure.
• Proven professional experience in roadmap definition techniques and product backlog priorization.
• Experience in the definition and monitoring of suitable KPIs related to the product outcomes and team predictability (lead-time from idea to an available feature, cycle time for valuating ideas, or customer satisfaction rates ).
• Knowledge of agile and project management methodologies, certifications inherent to Agile are a plus (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking).
• Knowledge of Project Management tools: Jira, Confluence
• Great ability to learn quickly.
• Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams at all levels of management.
