Context of the Internship :

Participate in the translation workflow, manage and perform the translation of Nextlane's technical documentation and technical-related communications for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

We want you to learn a lot in this internship! You will be :

- Performing direct and inverse translation + proofreading of Nextlane's products documentation, leveraging professional translation software systems (TMS, CAT Tools).

- Monitoring and reporting of translation projects workflow.

- Auditing, creating and maintaining terminological databases for translation purposes on Nextlane's products' contents.

- Providing linguistic advice on Nextlane's products' contents textual lay-out, detecting potential deficiencies, confirming effectiveness, suggesting opportunities for improvement.

- Working closely within the UX Team and with other Teams to ensure and assess the efficiency, accuracy and adequacy of translations and the translation projects workflow.

️ What we are looking for:

• Be currently enrolled in a university or college. (Ideal Translation and Interpreting degree and related studies). Bachelor's a/or Master's.
• Desirable: Training in specialized translation courses and workshops. Additional degree(s) in Linguistics, Modern Languages or Philology will be considered as an asset.
• No experience is required- Student
• Languages: Native or high level of German. Good level of French and English.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Team-working, autonomous spirit and ease in working within multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Commitment to enhancing business-to-customer engagement through translation.

• Troubleshooting and ability to anticipate problems.

• Full-time internship (8h/day) during 6 months.

• Remuneration: 800€/month.
