We are seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high quality training programs to assist with change management and to empower our clients to optimize their adoption of nebulaONE . As a Technical Trainer, you will participate in cloud and AI empowerment engagements and work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of AI and cloud technologies, addressing any challenges that arise during implementation and enablement. To be successful in this role, you will provide guidance and support to clients to enhance their cloud operations, unlock the full potential of our AI powered platforms, and drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on nebulaONE .
  • Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes or to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Lead interactive promptathons, where clients work hands on to build and refine AI prompts, tackling real world challenges together.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop training materials such as technical documentation, presentations, and exercises.
  • Manage associated UK repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes.
  • Perform live demonstrations and hands on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices and maintain in depth knowledge to deliver accurate and relevant content.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with the patience to teach.
  • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their cloud readiness journey.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for on site training, if needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft product offerings, with an emphasis on AI, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
  • Microsoft certifications, such as AI 900, AZ 900, etc.
