Catalyx, based in Little Island, Cork, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Ireland and Europe. The role focuses on technical positions in engineering, IT, automation, manufacturing and life sciences, while partnering with Sales on new opportunities.

You will build candidate pipelines, engage effectively with hiring managers, and own the process from first requirement to hire, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction.
