• Project Management: Manage product and process improvements independently.
• Improvements: Monitor processes, address trends, and implement solutions.
• Risk Management: Maintain and evaluate risk management files.
• Investigations: Lead investigations, resolve issues, and support audits.
• Technical Support: Design experiments, analyse data, and recommend actions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Present findings and mentor team members.
• Results Focus: Ensure product availability and drive cost-effective improvements.

Requirements:

• A PhD in a Biology or Chemistry discipline.
• Ability to workindependently as an individual contributor.
• Knowledge of product/process design, standardisation, and control methods.
• Skilled in experimental, statistical, and project management tools.
• Resolves varied but recurring issues.
• Innovative thinker guided by established practices.
