We are looking for a highly organised Technical Support Services Administrator to join us on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will support our Fire & Risk Services department, playing a key role in delivering our MOD-related project and ensuring the team operates efficiently.
Please note: A valid DBS certificate is required for this role. If you do not currently hold one, you may need to obtain it during recruitment. Any costs will be covered by the company.

Line ManagerTechnical Support Services Manager
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via telephone and email professionally and promptly
- Be the main contact for clients during projects within your portfolio
- Manage scheduling software to ensure all information is current and complete
- Collaborate with QA & Systems Coordinator to plan schedules and deliver reports on time
- Oversee project processes from PO to completion within your portfolio
- Support with supplier forms and relevant documentation
- Assist in creating quotation documents
- Input and update information on CRM systems
- Gather documentation to support project delivery
- Ensure stakeholder and client satisfaction and project completion
- Monitor email inboxes for enquiries and technical queries
- Assist in preparing certificates
- Support the QA & Systems Coordinator with report issuance and allocation
- Maintain accurate records and accessible management data
- Send, monitor, and report client feedback after report issuance
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths
- Proficiency in basic software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience with CRM and workflow management systems
- Strong database and IT skills with accurate data entry
