About this role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and support our operations in the French market. This full-time position is ideal for a qualified electrician with experience in the solar energy sector, particularly hybrid energy systems. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our installers, end-customers, and distribution partners.


Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits for solar and hybrid systems.

-Act as the first point of contact for installers and end-customers in French, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.

-Support distribution partners with system troubleshooting and technical matters.

-Conduct technical training sessions in French for installers and distributors (both in-person and online).

-Collaborate closely with our internal product, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of our support processes.

-Stay up to date with the latest product developments, standards, and regulations relevant to the French solar market.


Requirements:

-Certified electrician with relevant professional credentials in France.

-Hands-on experience in the solar energy industry, especially with hybrid inverter systems and energy storage.

-Strong communication skills in French (native) and professional proficiency in English.

-Comfortable providing remote support and traveling to customer sites when needed.

-Experience with technical documentation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

-Training and presentation skills.
