Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach - Plumbing & Gas to join our Apprenticeship Department at the Slough & Langley College campus on a full time, permanent basis.
The role pays from £41,096 to £44,165 (L34-L37) dependent on experience and qualifications.

Support and mentor a caseload of Plumbing and Gas apprentices across our Slough and Langley campus, coaching learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours and helping them succeed in the workplace and achieve the end point assessments.
Work closely with apprentices and employers, carrying out regular progress reviews and using digital tools such as e portfolios and Microsoft Teams to track development and ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements.
QualificationsIdeally, hold a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating, Gas qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT) and an Assessor Award (CAVA/A1) or be willing to work towards one. Experience supporting apprentices in a training or education environment is highly valued, and a teaching qualification or background in curriculum delivery would be a distinct advantage.
