We are Cegedim Insurance Solutions, a global leader in international insurance software solutions.

Our Technical Services Consultant roleencompasses two main activities: Technical Consulting for both on premise andon cloud Clients, and Configuration, Deployment and Technical Monitoring forour Clients in cegedim.cloud.

Working aspartof a joint Cegedim/client team, this client facing role is a mixture ofworking from home, working on client sites and at our central Bristoloffice.

• Provide technical consultancy to clients and inside theorganisation in the deployment and usage of our software
• Define the technical architecture for the integration of oursoftware within Client and 3rd party strategic partners ecosystems.This includes defining Integration Strategy, completing gaps analysis,interface design, security analysis and software selection
• Plan, implement and manage data migration activities from clientexisting systems / applications
• Define infrastructure architecture for implementation projects on-premiseand on SaaS for software, hardware, and network requirements
• Participate in implementation projects, owning technical work-streamsincluding liaison with clients on their development and infrastructureactivities.
• Understanding and supporting smooth release delivery andinstallations for clients
• Deploy and Configure Actisure and IDHP releases in our cloudenvironments, using deployment and configuration tools released by the Head ofCloud
• With the Technical Services Manager, identify theCloud and On Premise requirements for Configuration, Deploymentand Monitoring tools
