Technical Sales Manager - CELtek
Location: UK (Midlands & M25 focus)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (flexible)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a technically skilled, commercially aware Technical Sales Manager to support and grow the use of CELtek, our Control and Energy Management System for street lighting and traffic assets.

This isn't a traditional sales role. It suits someone from a field technician, service engineer, or electrical background who enjoys working with customers and solving technical challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers in using and understanding CELtek

  • Conduct site surveys and produce technical reports

  • Deliver training and technical presentations

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Identify opportunities to expand system use and product adoption

  • Assist with tenders and support commercial growth

Where You'll Work

  • UK-wide, mainly Midlands & M25

  • Mix of home-based, on the road, and office (1+ day/week)

  • Travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays

What We're Looking For

  • Electrical experience or training

  • Comfortable with customer-facing management systems

  • Strong IT skills (MS Office)

  • Confident presenter with excellent communication skills

  • Organised, motivated, and professional

  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
