Responsibilities: Responsible for commercial development in the Swiss Romandy and Central Switzerland area, you: - Develop sales to a portfolio composed of industrial retailers, automotive wholesalers, and industrial companies. - Actively prospect new accounts and build strong relationships, finalize products directly with clients, and ensure order taking. - Analyze market needs, customer requirements, and sector trends to adjust your commercial actions. - Ensure the follow-up of your appointments, write internal reports, and update customer management information. - Develop, install, and maintain product spaces with the support of the technical team while handling warranty files and technical questions related to products. - Occasionally participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and visibility actions. Profile: You hold a technical qualification in the automotive field (e.g., auto mechanic, technician) or have a strong affinity for tools and equipment. You master French (C2) and German (B2), and have good knowledge of English (B1). You have confirmed experience (ideally 3-5 years+) in B2B sales, area management, or Key Account Management in a technical environment. You are skilled in selling solutions requiring technical knowledge and demonstrate a strong sense of customer orientation. You are autonomous, persistent, and capable of adapting your approaches according to the situation.
