Technical Sales & Account Manager - Creative Beer Equipment

-Base Salary: €45,000-€60,000 + Bonus OTE up to €70,000

Taphandles Cerviteca SL, the European subsidiary of Taphandles LLC (USA), is hiring a Technical Sales & Account Manager for our growing operation in Barcelona.
We design and manufacture custom beer fonts and tap handles that help breweries across Europe stand out and sell more beer. This is a client-facing, technically driven role ideal for someone with an engineering or product background who enjoys creative problem-solving and building long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage client accounts across Spain, the EU, and beyond
- Lead technical sales conversations focused on listening and problem-solving
- Translate customer needs into creative, manufacturable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams in design, engineering, and production
- Manage the full project lifecycle from first contact to final delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records in NetSuite and contribute to reporting
- Travel occasionally to trade shows and client sites
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years in technical sales, engineering, project management, or product development
- Background in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid EU work permit and full B driving license
- Willingness to travel within Europe
What We Offer
- €45,000-€60,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus (OTE up to €70,000)
