Technical Recruiter - 12 Month (FTC)
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find and hire world-class engineers across our UK, India, and Poland locations. Reporting into the UK Engineering Recruitment Manager in our London office, you'll be part of a collaborative, ambitious team where flexibility and hybrid working are part of how we work, not just perks on paper.
You've likely done this before: sourcing niche tech talent, partnering with hiring managers, and making confident calls on both technical and behavioural fit. Your time is also spent being the point of contact for working with our agencies to fill our most crucial, time-sensitive contractor roles across Software Engineering, Data Science, and other specialised tech areas. If you know your Front End from your Full Stack and you can build a candidate pipeline while juggling multiple stakeholders this could be your next big challenge.
What you'll be doing
Own the hiring journey - from creative sourcing through to complex closing. You'll coach interviewers, streamline processes, and help us build balanced, capable teams from Mid-weight to Staff Engineers.
External agency management - work with our preferred agencies to help fill contractor roles across the Tech organisation, especially when speed and specialism matter most.
Refine how we hire - spot what's not working, propose better ways, and use data to guide decisions. Hiring managers will look to you for clarity and challenge.
Share insights that matter - whether it's market trends or pipeline reports, you'll make the data tell a story.
Be a true partner - work with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies, influence decisions, and grow diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.
Champion DE&I - highlight where we can do better, then lead the charge on more inclusive hiring practices.
Make the experience memorable - whether someone gets the job or not, they'll walk away feeling seen, respected, and informed.
Work across teams - align our hiring plans with the bigger picture by collaborating closely with the People Team and business leads.
Roll with the change - we're growing fast. That means processes evolve and priorities shift. You'll help shape the new, not just maintain the current.
What we're looking for
3-5 years' experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in product-led environments.
Proven success hiring for fast-paced teams where needs shift quickly.
Strong sourcing skills -you know how to find and engage the right people.
Comfortable with data tools (like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite) and turning insights into action.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
