Technical Recruiter - 6 Month Contract

Our Financial Services client in Dublin city centre has an exciting recruitment for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month contract, specialising in IT recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all the technical recruiting needs for the organisation. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities Required

• Manage the full recruiting process for candidates from initial intake to offer
• Formulate specified recruitment and sourcing plans based on hiring need
• Daily use of Applicant Tracking System
• Sourcing and screening candidates to provide the best technical talent.
• Ensure to provide a positive candidate experience
• Proactively pipelining strong candidate profiles

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree education or equivalent
• 3+ years Technical recruitment experience
• Sourcing experience for a busy multinational organization
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications
