Technical Recruiter - 6 Month Contract - Kilkenny

Our Financial Services client based in Kilkenny has an exciting recruitment for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month contract, specialising in IT recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all the technical recruiting needs for the organisation. Hybrid working on offer.

Responsibilities Required

• Manage the full recruiting process for candidates from initial intake to offer
• Formulate specified recruitment and sourcing plans based on hiring need
• Daily use of Applicant Tracking System
• Sourcing and screening candidates to provide the best technical talent
• Ensure to provide a positive candidate experience
• Proactively pipelining strong candidate profiles

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree education or equivalent
• 3+ years Technical recruitment experience
• Prior experience recruiting for complex technology roles across infrastructure, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or architecture functions
• Sourcing experience for a busy multinational organization
• Experience working and recruiting in a financial services organisation
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications
