Technical Project Manager

A start-up consultancy focused on motor finance remediation is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive delivery and innovation across its growing suite of data-led solutions. This role bridges business and technology - ensuring client objectives are translated into robust, scalable product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between engineering teams and financial institution stakeholders
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Oversee solution delivery using emerging data and AI technologies
• Validate technical estimates, monitor delivery progress, and assess quality
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and oversee solution configuration
• Promote collaboration between engineering, product, and client delivery teams
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvement

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering or computer science
• Strong understanding of data and analytics platforms
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Prior experience in financial services or consulting preferred
