Technical Project Manager

G2's client is a specialist in satellite test systems, communication systems, and advanced electrical ground support equipment, with a mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the space, defense, and high-tech sectors. The client operates as a small, collaborative team working on complex, multi-disciplinary development projects.

They are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to play a key role in leading complex development projects, while staying closely connected to the engineering process. This role will involve managing cross-functional projects, with hands-on involvement in customer communication, planning, documentation, and procurement.

• Start: Q3-Q4 2025
• Location: South Holland
• Salary: €5,000 - €7,500 gross/month + 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme, 29 days holiday
• Working model: Hybrid options available (post-probation)

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Electrical Engineering, with a good understanding of electronics and Hardware/Software systems
• Experience with C++, FPGA, Analog Design, Digital Design or D-Model are all applicable for this role.
• Experience with test systems, integration workflows, and system validation is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills - able to motivate teams and maintain structure in dynamic project environments
• Industry experience within space, defense, or automotive development projects
• Fluent in English, and ideally comfortable communicating in Dutch (B1-B2 level)
