Are you a tech-savvy Project Manager with a passion for emerging technologies and cutting-edge research? We're looking for someone with goodexperience in technical project or program management to join a pioneering AI research team driving innovation in machine learning systems.
This role sits at the intersection of research and execution. You'll be embedded within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team working on next-generation AI solutions - helping shape and deliver complex research projects with real-world impact.
What You'll Be Doing- Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage a mid-sized AI/ML research program.
- Translating strategy into actionable project plans with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Leading the coordination of tasks, timelines, and documentation - ensuring smooth delivery.
- Supporting data approval processes, reporting progress, and tracking project metrics.
- Facilitating effective communication and alignment across remote and local team members.
- Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, data science, or related technical fields.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Able to work independently and proactively drive progress.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or scientific research environments.
- Background infast-paced tech environments.
- Formal project management training (e.g. Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
