Project Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a high-tech client developing next-generation AI hardware and software platforms. In this role, you'll coordinate and drive delivery for highly complex programs involving System-on-Chip (SoC) development, embedded software, and integrated AI systems.
You'll work closely with both hardware and software program teams to ensure seamless execution from architectural planning to product deployment. The ideal candidate is experienced in end-to-end product development, from silicon to system-level integration, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of SoC and hardware-related programs, including critical software deliverables.
- Define clear milestones and ensure alignment across architecture, silicon, and system teams.
- Maintain realistic timelines, proactively manage risks, and ensure program objectives are met.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, metrics, and program tracking.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on project progress and key updates.
Your Strengths
- 5+ years in program/project management within high-tech, engineering, or semiconductor environments.
- Proven experience in product development involving SoC, hardware, and software.
- Strong understanding of the silicon lifecycle, from specification to bring-up and qualification.
- Effective communicator who can work independently and manage by influence.
- Comfortable in matrixed and agile development environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
