Technical Program Manager - 6+ months - Hybrid - Hilversum, NL

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join a leading Sportswear & Consumer Goods industry client.

This role will lead the delivery of a large-scale digital platform enabling retailers to configure and order customised teamwear products. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal technical teams and an external delivery vendor, ensuring milestone-based delivery, strong governance, and stakeholder alignment within an Agile environment.

Responsabilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a digital platform within an Agile environment.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Oversee programme planning, milestones, and delivery governance.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue escalation across teams.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong experience leading digital platform or software delivery programmes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Manager in digital platform or software development environments.
• Proven vendor management skills, including governance, performance tracking, and escalation.
• Experience managing milestone-based or fixed-price delivery models.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and supporting Agile ceremonies.
• Strong technical understanding of modern web platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and business.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern Front End and Back End technologies.
• Experience working in international or distributed team environments.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP or order management platforms.

Contract details:

• Duration: 6months +
• Workload: 40 hours per week
• Location: Hilversum, Netherlands (3 days per week on site)
