Technical Product Platform Manager - n8n Automation Platform

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Product Platform Manager to lead the development and scaling of our enterprise n8n platform.
The role will focus on transforming n8n into an internal product platform that acts as a bridge and accelerator between generic commercial tools and custom AI-driven workflows, enabling consultants to build their own automation tools.
Role Overview
You will take ownership of the enterprise n8n platform, ensuring it becomes a scalable environment where consultants can design, test, and deploy automation agents safely from sandbox experimentation to production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement n8n enterprise environments, including Sandbox and Production instances deployed on Kubernetes.

Establish a structured Pathway for automation development, enabling agents and workflows to move from sandbox experimentation to production environments.

Participate in and collaborate with governance communities to ensure security, architecture, and operational standards are maintained.

Implement Platform Operations (PlatformOps) processes to ensure the platform runs reliably and scales with adoption.

Lead a 6-month pilot programme to define best practices and success metrics for the platform.

Build and manage an n8n community of practice,

Support and mentor consultants building their own automation tools and agents using n8n.

Act as a clear and authoritative advocate for workflow automation and the value of n8n across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation

Experience deploying platforms in Kubernetes environments

Strong Technical Product Management/Platform Product background

Experience building developer or consultant communities

Knowledge of automation, APIs, integrations, and AI/agent workflows

Ability to bridge technical teams, governance functions, and consulting users
