Product Owner / Technical Product Manager (with Delivery Management)

About the Role

A senior hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology and operations. You'll own two core operational platforms; a Workforce Management Platform and a CRM, while leading a small engineering team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

You will be the bridge between business stakeholders, operations and engineering, combining strategic product thinking with hands on delivery leadership. Equally comfortable shaping a roadmap with senior stakeholders and diving into API design with engineers.

What You Will Own

• Workforce Management Platform
• CRM
• Platform integrations, data flows and reporting
• Automation across the recruitment process and workforce management flows
• Internal tooling and workflow optimisation
  

What You'll Bring

• 5-8+ years in a Product Owner, Technical PM or hybrid Delivery/Product role
• Proven Agile delivery experience leading small engineering squads
