• Communicate technical vision effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you bring:

• MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success as a Technical Lead within a startup environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and launching commercially successful software products (ideally B2B).
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Extensive experience in designing scalable and robust software architectures.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Dynamic leadership style with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
• Strong commercial acumen and a drive for business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
