Installation Site Manager - Cold Supply Chain (MHE Focus)

Contract Type:

B2B / ZZP (Freelance)

Hourly Rate: €90/hour


Job Summary:

We are seeking a freelance Installation Site Manager to oversee the installation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) during the construction of a cold supply chain warehouse. The role includes coordination of subcontractors and technical teams, with a focus on meeting specifications, timelines, and operational standards for temperature-controlled logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage on-site installation of MHE systems in a cold storage facility.
  2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and technical teams during all installation phases.
  3. Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to cold chain logistics standards.
  4. Report progress and issues to project stakeholders; ensure timelines and technical requirements are met.


Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven experience in MHE installation.
  2. Strong organizational skills in site coordination, safety, and contractor supervision.
  3. Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary and international teams.


️ Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to various project sites (within the EU )
  • Daily allowance of €90 covers travel-related costs
