Company Description

Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is seeking a newTechnical Leader, based in Dublin, to join its Technical Department in Ireland.

Position

The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

• Development of technical drawings to support the quotation and subsequent project production phases;
• Support in selecting the most suitable materials for orders, including suggesting alternative and innovative solutions;
• Support in the prototyping phases, monitoring any critical issues to be resolved;
• Regularly updating technical drawings for ongoing projects and keeping them archived;
• Supervision of production processes' compliance with quality standards and specifications, including ongoing audits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 3/4 years in a similar role, in the retail design sector;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing processes, production phases, materials and related costs (e.g., wood, metal, printing, etc.);
• Advanced knowledge of technical drawing programs (AutoCAD and Rhinoceros);
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Availability for business trips in Europe.
