Technical Lead/Delivery Manager

We're partnering with an innovative technology company seeking a Technical Engineering/Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise SaaS platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, driving release management, resolving delivery challenges, and ensuring high-quality software reaches customers reliably.

Role: Technical Engineering/Delivery Manager Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
• Drive delivery plans, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Lead release readiness, bug triage, and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and customer-facing teams.
• Support successful customer deployments and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring-based environments and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
