Technical Lead FinTech Scale-Up Remote

Role: Technical Lead

Salary: £110,000 - £150,000 per annum

Location: Office based in London but able to support remote workers

They are now seeking a Technical Lead to take ownership of the technical strategy for critical, customer-facing systems. This role is about driving architectural leadership that directly translates to business success. You will be central to scaling a platform that is redefining lending in the SME space.

  • Recent roles must demonstrate a blend of hands on delivery with strategic system design, avoiding roles focused purely on internal platform or infrastructure.
  • Management experience is a nice to have as you will manage a small team of engineers.
