Salary: £85,000-90,000 (Depending on experience)

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading digital and creative organisation, who are looking for a Technical Lead to join on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on development and is ready to take that next step up into leadership, overseeing the end to end in both client projects and in house products in a fast paced environment.
As Technical Lead, you'll work across a variety of digital initiatives, delivering high quality client solutions for major brands and enhance cutting edge AI driven products. You'll lead a small team of developers and communicate between technical and non technical teams regarding effort and scalability.
What You'll Do as Technical Lead:- Lead technical delivery of multiple concurrent projects, defining architecture across web, app, and AI driven platforms.
- Manage and support a small team of front end and back end developers, along with overseeing end to end testing using Playwright.
- Communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders and manage the day to day resourcing of teams using Jira.
- Proven experience leading the development of multiple projects using C# and ASP.Net Core.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced setting, preferably within digital agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps with strong communication skills, translating technical requirements for non technical teams.
- Experience with Azure AI Services or OpenAI integrations is advantageous.
