Responsibilities

• Own the civils function, setting technical standards, guiding design strategy, and ensuring successful delivery of complex infrastructure schemes.
• Represent the business at senior client and stakeholder level, lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while driving innovation, quality, and profitability across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience in civil and site design, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning.
• Commercial awareness and confidence at board and client level, combining technical depth with strategic vision.
