  • Working Model: Hybrid, 3-4 days per week onsite (Non-negotiable)

About the Role and Client
An international, multi-skilled financial services business is seeking a driven and highly capable Technical Design Authority to join their fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about delivering tangible results, shaping strategy, and delivering on it regardless of challenges.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Requirements
  • Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of modern, pragmatic infrastructure solutions aligned with a cloud-smart strategy and business goals.
  • Ensure all solutions meet rigorous regulatory, security, and operational requirements, contributing to design and change governance.
  • Develop and maintain high-level models and blueprints that support business strategy throughout the programme life cycle.
  • Champion and deliver AI-driven solutions and intelligence within ICT operations, including AI Evangelism and AI Enablement.
AI Evangelism refers to:
  • Promoting AI adoption and understanding within organizations or communities
  • Communicating the value and potential of AI technologies to stakeholders
  • Building excitement and buy-in for AI initiatives
  • Addressing concerns and misconceptions about AI
  • Showcasing successful use cases and applications
AI Enablement focuses on:
  • Providing the tools, training, and resources people need to use AI effectively
  • Developing frameworks and best practices for AI implementation
  • Creating educational programs to upskill teams
  • Building infrastructure and processes that make AI accessible
  • Supporting people through the change management process
