About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and technical delivery of enterprise-scale D365 solutions for clients in Poland and across Europe. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide hands-on guidance to development teams.

This is a long-duration opportunity: initial 6-months rolling contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for D365 CE/CRM implementations
• Define solution design, integrations, and technical roadmap
• Provide hands-on guidance to developers and consultants
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with functional architects, project managers, and stakeholders
• Support pre-sales and estimations

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Expertise in Power Platform
• Enterprise-level architecture experience
• Fluent Polish and strong English
• Strong stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Solution Architect certifications
• Experience with large transformation programmes
• Consulting experience is a plus
